SHEPPARD'S PIE-Traditional beef or turkey cooked with mushrooms, onions, carrots and wine topped with a whipped potato/parsnip crust
POT ROAST-A family favorite comfort meal with beef cooked till falling apart in rich defatted gravy served with root vegetables
TAMALE PIE-A deliciously spicy mixture of 90% lean ground meat or turkey, with onions, jalapenos and black beans, topped with a cornmeal crust
